About this app

POSPOS is an advanced management application designed for Android, iOS, and web platforms. It supports various store types in the daily management of sales and inventory, while offering an intuitive interface and simplified setup.

✅ Easy initial setup

Upon initial launch, the user selects the store type from those available. To minimize initial setup, POSPOS automatically preloads standard products, categorized directly into the database, based on the selected store type. The merchant can, of course, modify, delete, or add custom categories and products at any time.

📦 Warehouse and Inventory Management

POSPOS includes a dedicated warehouse area where you can:

Manage products and their available quantities

Assign prices to each item

Track inventory in real time, which is automatically updated with each sale

🛒 Sales and Smart Cart

Selected products are added to a virtual cart, where the operator can:

Apply customized discounts to individual products or the entire cart

View the updated total in real time

Proceed to checkout quickly and easily

💳 Integrated Payments

POSPOS supports various payment methods to meet every customer's needs:

Cash

Credit and debit cards, through integration with Viva.com and SumUp

Coming soon with Jodo and other digital payment systems

🧾 Receipt Issuance

During the payment process, the system generates an electronic receipt corresponding to the purchase, directly linked to the products in the cart and the selected payment method.

📱 Hardware Compatibility

POSPOS is compatible with various devices, but is most effective with the Ciontek C50 or Sunmi V2s terminals, which offer:

NFC and chip card acceptance

Built-in thermal printer for immediate issuance of bank and fiscal receipts

High reliability and performance in the field

POSPOS can also be used on smartphones with NFC support, in which case:

Receipts can be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email

Alternatively, receipts can be printed using portable Bluetooth printers
