OPDesk brings clients, projects and tasks together in one place, with an AI assistant that helps you organise your work and stay on top of every deadline. Built for freelancers, practices and small teams who want something simple but complete, in sync between the web and your phone.

Your account and your data are the same on the web (app.opdesk.it) and on your phone: start on one device and carry on from the other.
Security and privacy
Your workspace data is hosted in the European Union. Protected sign-in, optional two-factor authentication and full control of your account, including permanently deleting your data whenever you want. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy can be read from inside the app at any time.
Notifications never carry the contents of your workspace: the name of an appointment is added by your own phone, reading the schedule it already holds.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
