installed the app to search for a pair of pants just to not even be able to make an account bc it made my whole phone unresponsive, not letting me use my keyboard and if it did it would pop up and go away in seconds, would make the phones time and battery icons flash up,just completely unresponsive. I would believe it's the latest version since I had JUST installed it! terrible experience overall on top of the crazy prices tbh

So slow and unresponsive. It made my phone overheat so I had to turn off/on. Tried again as supposed to get 20% off via app but it is awful 😖 it's impossible to order anything. No search option. Not option to amend shopping cart. Reinstalled but same thing happened. Yes it is the latest version as installed 4 Nov 23 then again on 5 November 23!!

I cannot use the app. The keyboard does not show up so I cannot sign in with my account or do searches. Plus, the app and the website do not have a list of categories to show for instance all sweaters, all jeans....
