About this app

TechnIQ is the mobile app connected to the desktop management system for small technical and operational tasks.

The app allows you to work from your phone during daily tasks: record voice notes, attach photos, open cases, consult customers, track estimates, invoices, and collections.

Main functions:
- Record voice notes from your phone
- Transcribe and organize notes in the desktop management system
- Manage customers, cases, and tasks
- Create and consult estimates
- Manage invoices and documents
- Track portfolio and collections
- Attachments, photos, and documents linked to cases
- Work via a local network with the business PC

TechnIQ is designed for small operations without a dedicated IT infrastructure that want to easily manage their daily workflow: from notes collected in the field to estimates, invoices, and payment tracking.

To use the app, the TechnIQ desktop package must be installed on the business PC. The phone connects to the management system via a guided setup and QR code.

Registra note vocali mentre lavori e ritrovale già trascritte sul PC dell'ufficio. Scatta foto e allegale alla lavorazione, cerca un cliente in un attimo, tieni d'occhio i promemoria del giorno.
Funziona anche senza campo: quello che registri resta in coda sul telefono e parte da solo appena torni collegato.
