Ratings and reviews

Technically does work but there is ZERO communication for when the taxi arrives and if you book in advance, there is no confirmation but if you call they can confirm it. You will also have to call about 3 times for them to answer; when they do they are helpful and can even give a price quote but they otherwise don't answer. TL;DR: Works but horrid communication

Yesterday night I booked a taxi on the app. My location was very clear on the map but the driver acted like he was lost and called 'pretending' as if he doesn't know where we are. The location is a well known pick up spot for the olympics. He was clearly moving around randomly only to run the taxi meter. it was midnight and raining with no traffic. When he reached, the taxi meter was already at 38 euros, the trip took 4 minutes exactly. We ended up paying 42 euros.

It's possibly the worst app I've ever come across. Lots of addresses are incorrect and bear no resemblance to reality - booked a future journey using a recognised address, but after the booking was made, the address shown had changed - to a street in a town 15km away! This street doesn't even show up in Google, Bing or Apple maps! Bookings disappeared ten minutes after making them. Completely unreliable rubbish. Avoid.
