Yesterday night I booked a taxi on the app. My location was very clear on the map but the driver acted like he was lost and called 'pretending' as if he doesn't know where we are. The location is a well known pick up spot for the olympics. He was clearly moving around randomly only to run the taxi meter. it was midnight and raining with no traffic. When he reached, the taxi meter was already at 38 euros, the trip took 4 minutes exactly. We ended up paying 42 euros.

I had the absolutely worst experience. I booked a taxi early in the morning to make sure it will be there on time. I called the call center to make sure it would be there. On the morning of my flight I check the app - there is nothing on the booking tab. I call the call center, I get a reply "there are no taxis at the moment, please call in 10 minutes". when I asked what will change in the meantime, they just told me to call again. The worst experience of my life, ended up ordering an Uber.
