I had the absolutely worst experience. I booked a taxi early in the morning to make sure it will be there on time. I called the call center to make sure it would be there. On the morning of my flight I check the app - there is nothing on the booking tab. I call the call center, I get a reply "there are no taxis at the moment, please call in 10 minutes". when I asked what will change in the meantime, they just told me to call again. The worst experience of my life, ended up ordering an Uber.

Good app. It helps a lot. The only downside is that I cannot "book" a taxi, only the "call" option is working for me. The message I received is "date/time too early" while trying to book.

I am on holiday in Italy, Lecco is where l am staying. When I try to register for the app using my details including phone number, it just says invalid action all the time, tried reinstalling but still I cannot register my phone number. What's the point of an app if it cannot be used. Very frustrating. Any assistance would be very helpful. Of course if I get the app running I will change my rating and review.
