About this app

FamilySOS is the app that allows myoSOS to function correctly: the new remote assistance solution by Urmet ATE
Users of the FamilySOS app can be patients (people who need to easily send an emergency request), or assistants (people who take care of patients).
The app dedicated to a patient allows you to:
- Send an emergency request by pressing the button within the app
- Submit a distress call from the myoSOS remote control
- View activity and medication reminders
The app dedicated to an assistant allows you to:
- Install the myoSOS terminal
- Receive alarms from the myoSOS terminal and the patient's app
- Add more assistants
- Manage multiple patients simultaneously
- Geolocate the patient
- Set up reminders for medicines and activities
- Configure additional sensors (flood, gas, fall, existence in life)
- Define safe areas for the client
- Monitor the status of the myoSOS terminal
