Register on the App when the supply is active with WINDTRE LUCE & GAS Powered by Acea Energia.
For correct use of the App it is important to enter the unique code of the active supply (POD for light and PDR for gas) after registration.

With the WINDTRE LUCE & GAS App you can:

- Pay your bill or others, with a photo of the barcode or QR code present in the bulletin, by credit card
- Check consumption trends, consult the historical bills and check their status
- Activate bank direct debit to pay your bills quickly and easily
- Send the meter reading in order to have a bill in line with your actual consumption

Ciao Victor, inviaci una mail a indicando il tuo codice fiscale, il POD/PDR della fornitura e descrivendo al meglio la tua esperienza. Aggiungi cortesemente la schermata che visualizzi, l’indirizzo mail con cui ti sei registrato e il modello di telefono. Ci pensiamo noi 😊

Non posso assicurare i 2 contratti al app da 2 mesi. App aggiornata e niente. Mandato la mail come indicato, ma la mail è per il servizio per oferta fisso o mobile, e mi è stato indicato di chiamare il numero vedere. Il numero verde mi dice di contattarvi via app. L'app non ha una sezione di aiuto o di contatto.
