After following the instructions from the employee that set the sim card up for me, I paid €50+ to have some data but not be able to call or text. I've used local sim cards in other countries before and have not had this problem. Huge waste of money! I've heard TIM is better - they also offer more flexible plan options for those who don't need the 50-70 gigs of data the the employee told me was the smallest plan. I should have kept of walking!! Lesson learned.

Initially it was one of the best data services I knew, but lately in the past 2/3 years it started to get worse and worse to the point I almost can't open this app to write this review.

The app is very "selling oriented", what is the reason for providing offers on insurances or land line in an app that should give an overview about my usage and my current settings? .The required info are quite limited, I only see possibilities for spending more.
