After following the instructions from the employee that set the sim card up for me, I paid €50+ to have some data but not be able to call or text. I've used local sim cards in other countries before and have not had this problem. Huge waste of money! I've heard TIM is better - they also offer more flexible plan options for those who don't need the 50-70 gigs of data the the employee told me was the smallest plan. I should have kept of walking!! Lesson learned.

Terrible service from windtre - paid an additional €20 to be able to use my phone for just 2 weeks in the UK, but it didn't work at all. A complete waste of time and money

Basically, I think it's a pretty useless app. exceptionally minimal. it doesn't break down the costs, if you incur charges it doesn't show you where you incurred them unlike my other mobile app where I could see how much data I used and when on each day if I wanted to check any spikes. here, if your credit drops for some reason, you have no idea why. Basically next to useless, not to mention that the service is pretty poor both on the network and customer service.
