After following the instructions from the employee that set the sim card up for me, I paid €50+ to have some data but not be able to call or text. I've used local sim cards in other countries before and have not had this problem. Huge waste of money! I've heard TIM is better - they also offer more flexible plan options for those who don't need the 50-70 gigs of data the the employee told me was the smallest plan. I should have kept of walking!! Lesson learned.

Recently, every time I restart the cellphone the app is logged out the widget do not work it can't connect until I open the app manually and I've to login every time with the code sended via mail. I already reinstalled the app several times and granted all the access, anyway it will works by default as the olds versions. another thing: I've to say that I've 3 numbers on my contract and from the widget if I switch to another number the widget give me error and I can't switch back.Please solveBye

this is the worst phone and internet company. they basically scammed us into paying 4 years of internet that doesn't actually work. they increase phone prices at will. they make their cancellation process extremely difficult. I would advise no one to use them.
