Usually, simply opening a shared URL restores the sheet automatically. For manual restoration, just paste the dedicated data text generated by "Copy All." The app intelligently extracts only the data, even if it's mixed with greetings or other text.
*Note: Restoration is not supported using the standard 5-line text summary generated by regular "Share".
