WHY JOE

Why do you need Joe? Using our eScooter service makes your moving easier since you can leave scooter close to your destination. Joe scooters decrease carbon emissions. One might even say they are greener than the others since Joe scooters are repaired and refurbished scooters that were in the end of their life cycle before we gave them a new life as Joe. Joe scooters is a Finnish company and scooters have been refurbished in Finland.

Ratings and reviews

You have to preload money with options only for 2€, 7€ and 20€, so If you only need the service once or twice you will have leftover money left on your account. The ride is paid in minutes instead of distance, so you can't really predict how much the ride will cost, some scoots accelerate faster and some slower and you end up paying more, if you get a slower one. This also encourages speeding, as the same ride will cost less if you take less time. Many of the scoots are broken as well.

Blew a tire, had to walk to work. Saw a scooter, remembered that I had a couple coins in my wallet after the whole rent-a-scooter-summer of 2023. Opened up the app, scanned the scoot and turns out my card had changed or smth, so the app asked me to pay a fee up front to use the scooter even though I already had money in the app wallet. I wanted to kick the thing so bad but I'm an adult, so deleting the app will have to do. Also the scooters are fine, they've done no harm. It's the app that'

It's a real robbery, it's impossible to stop a ride being at park area. The app shows on a map a park area, but when you reach it , it is impossible to stop a ride. I spent around 15 min trying to park the scooter at different places inside park area. But app didn't want to stop a ride, saying" you are not at a parking area". I couldn't help but leave the scooter at a parking area with an active ride, then They charged almost 50 euro. It's insane. Shame on you! Never use this app!
