01 Decide on your goals ■Course selection You can choose from four courses: ``Diet,'' ``Health Maintenance,'' ``Locabo,'' and ``Metabolic Improvement.'' You will receive advice and suggestions tailored to your chosen course.
02 Record ■Record of life log You can easily record daily life log data such as meals, exercise, sleep, and mood.
▪Meal management Just take a photo of your meal and you can calculate calories and nutrition! Our unique AI image recognition function enables easy nutritional management. Approximately 150,000 menus are registered in the app, including frequently eaten home meals, commercially available items, and restaurant menus, so you can choose from them to calculate and record calories.
▪Number of steps It works with your smartphone's built-in pedometer app, Fitbit, etc. If you walk with your smartphone, it will automatically count your steps! It also calculates more accurate calories burned from the number of steps you take.

■Suggestion A meal and exercise menu will be proposed that matches the person's nutritional balance, exercise status, and calorie consumption and intake. If you have selected a health supporter, you will also receive meal suggestions from the health supporter.
