It's easy to buy things once you're used to the interface, but it's quite cluttered. Sometimes switch to the browser version if there's something I want to translate

As a person who understands Japanese, I don't have much problem with the language. But the interface is cluttered, and it's hard to know where on the screen I'm supposed to look, because the important text is sometimes smaller than the surrounding text. It could also use a little bit optimization. That being said, once I setup my account, ordering something is just a few taps, making it quite convenient.

I heard this is sucks but never thought could be that sucks. When you're trying to make a first puchase ans it shows up there are points you can use for the payment if you register our rakuten card, so I did. After bunch of questionaires it proceeded for a examination, few more minutes, it succeed. Then, another window popped out and ask for more informations. And blabla…, the thing is I did not get any kind of coupon or points which i could use to deduct my payment. So, a masterpiece of trash.
