would be better if it had full English support. most of the popup messages are in Japanese.

Nice selection of products but the interface is very confusing sometimes. For example, product exchange policies are sometimes not written on the product page but rather in some makeshift manual that the seller puts in a random place on their store's page. They also leave it up to the seller to make up a lot of policies which is just weird. Also, the front page is very cluttered. Rakuten needs to take example from Amazon and make things for user friendly and straightforward.

The app is extremely user unfriendly and to check items descriptions takes ages. You need to keep clicking forever to finally buy an item. My order have been cancelled and my account suspended once with no previous warning (!!!) for "possible fraudulent activity", causing me an incredible hassle to get reinstated and actually order the item which I was in a hurry to receive. Please guys get a grip and improve the user experience. I buy on Rakuten ichiba only when I can spend points.
