・Points can be accumulated even at overseas shops with Rakuten card touch payment

*Rakuten Edy and Suica can only be used on devices with the "Osaifu-Keitai" function.
*Rakuten Card Touch Payment can only be used on Android™ devices with NFC (TypeA/B) functionality.

■ How to use at the shop
[Code/QR payment]
Please have the store clerk read the code/QR code.

[QR reading]
Please read the QR code presented by the clerk yourself.

[Rakuten Point Card]
Have the store clerk read the barcode displayed on the Rakuten Point Card tab.

[Touch payment (Rakuten Edy, Rakuten card touch payment, Suica)]
Tell the clerk the type of payment you want to use, and touch it to pay.

Ratings and reviews

After using it once I got an error: E0002. The app doesn't run and asks me to fill out a form upon opening. I fill it out and I think it says the problem would be fixed within 5 days. Almost two weeks later I still can't use it. Same error. Same form. Update: the next day after writing this comment the app is working again. Bumping the stars a bit for now, and will bump more later assuming the app will continue working.

Already sent in the request to lift usage restrictions (error: E00002) twice but still haven't heard back. I don't understand why this is even a step that the user has to take to be able to use the payment app - why isn't this enabled by default? Still hoping I hear back from the developers and can finally use the payment app.

It would be great if you could change the UI language to English. Even if it was just Google translate.
