Ratings and reviews

Visited Japan, and this is basically their Ticketmaster (monopoly). But there was no English language option, so I had to download a screen translation app to go on top of it so I can use it. e+ was great for finding shows in Tokyo as a tourist but you had to have a Japanese phone number to pay online. Would go to the box office and buy tickets from there though, so it kind of worked !

Not foreigner friendly as it cater mainly to the japanese market. To buy a ticket you need to be a member (for free), but to sign up as a member you need a Japanese phone number for verification. The app is only in Japanese. What's the point of allowing this app to be installed outside Japan if it is meant only for the japanese market. Useless app and ticketing platform.

All i wanted is to buy a ticket for a concert. I came all the way to Japan just to get slapped on the face. Without japanese number and credit card YOU CAN'T BUY tickets. Foreigners CAN'T BUY TICKETS! I don't even mind paying double the price, but NO! YOU CAN'T! This e+ is the worst thing ever excited. My disappointed and sadness is immeasurable. I could scream and cry right now.
