- There are two focusing methods:
A. **Cross-Eyed Method**: Focus in front of the screen (crossing your eyes).
B. **Parallel Method**: Focus behind the screen.
- When the two circles overlap in the center, concentrate on the single central circle.
Generally speaking, the Cross-Eyed Method is more effective for nearsightedness and presbyopia, while the Parallel Method is more effective for farsightedness.
