For those with a newer/more powerful Samsung device that are experiencing gameplay that is running way too fast, I have your solution. Go into settings> Display> Motion Smoothness. Change from Adaptive (120fps) to Standard (60 fps). Your problem should be solved. Through the Game Booster app, you can change to 48 fps, but that is too slow. Additionally you can download a couple of plug-ins to further fine tune the performance, and display your fps, temp, cpu usage, etc, but that's not necessary.

Please let us move the touch controls and remap controller inputs, other than that this is a flawless port. PS, I actually prefer the old ps1 dialogues. Note: This isn't exactly compatible with xbox 1 controllers as it doesn't recognize the triggers. Edit 10/29/24: I just realized that instead of using L2/LT or R2/RT for the mist transformation you have to hold both L1/LB and R1/RB. Still wish there was a way to remap the controls and set a spell to both L2/LT and R2/RT for quick access.

The game is a great game, but the Android version sucks. Specifically, the spacing for the controls are too far apart, especially on the directional pad. If you're not very precise when you try to push the buttons, it doesn't recognize your movements. I love the Castlevania series and Konami, but this Android version needs revised controls. Save your money and get it on a PS1 Emulator instead. They all have better controls than this. When Konami revised the controls, I'll re-rate it five stars.
