There are three types of timers.

You can measure the time without any time limit.
・ 60 seconds countdown
Use when you want to train for 60 seconds.
・ 30 seconds countdown
Use when you want to train for 30 seconds.
There are 5 types of planks.
Select the plank you want to train from the icon.
By selecting Plank, you can record the training time.
To check the record, press the record button on the upper left of the screen.
You can switch between showing and hiding.
The trainer will support you, so it's better than an inorganic timer
Training will be fun.
