No clutter—only the essentials. We include a minimal set of exercises by default, and you can create, edit, and reorder your own. Instead of huge exercise lists like in other apps, you get simple exercise management that's easy to organize. Ads are kept to a minimum so you can focus on your workout log.

Log "HIIT" sessions that deliver strong results in short time. Unlike rep-based strength training, you record by "seconds (exercise time)." Your effort is logged accurately, down to the second.

Instead of a single fixed value (e.g. 8.0 METs) like many apps, KINNIK's AI applies exercise-specific METs based on what you did. (Calories are AI estimates; use as a reference.)

Log RPE for each set easily.
■ CSV export and import
Export your training data for a chosen period as text. You can import data in KINNIK's CSV format, so you can bring logs from other apps into KINNIK.
