睡眠計測のアプリは他にも使っていましたが、このアプリは使いやすいですしポイントも貯まるので魅力的です。 改善要望としては、就寝時間がいつも2時間ほど遅れてるところです。いつも1時くらいにベットに入って、そのまま5分くらいで入眠するのですが、毎回就寝時間が3:40頃になっています。それ故に計測上の睡眠時間が大きく減っているのが気掛かりです。
