3. Live Operations Chart - Auto-generated from start time and position matrix. Highlight critical tasks (ticket open, door open, show start, encore).
4. Admin Dashboard - Real-time monitoring of up to 100 teams. Supabase sync, KPI aggregation per team, stuck-build filtering, and emergency War Room.
5. Staff Mobile Manual - Auto-generated per-role task lists with check-off flow.
6. POS and Receipts - QR-based sales tracking with automatic receipt PDF generation and daily settlement.
7. Google Drive Integration - Save photos, scripts, and assets directly to the agency Google Drive.
