I've been trying to make this work with my new $45 Braun ExactFit 2 Connect for about an hour. every time the device begins to connect, the app crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and then restarted my phone. I did this twice. the app still crashes every time I try to connect. I spent the extra money specifically to connect to the app. I may be taking the cuff back to the store for a refund if I can't make this work. UPDATE: Now the app doesn't open at all.

App stops working. Have to pair it again frequently to get it to connect to Bluetooth. Yesterday, it stopped storing any data. When I tried to enter it manually, it says it was entered successfully, but doesn't show up. I purchased the ExactFit 2 over the other brands in the store because it appeared that it would offer more... Unfortunately, too much time has passed since the beginning of October to bring it back for a refund.

Device frequently disconnects from the App and have to delete device then re-pair with Bluetooth. Now, today 3-30-2026, App WILL NOT update readings Despite being connected.. deleted and re-paired w Bluetooth for same result. Braun/Helen Of Troy LP.. FIX THIS!!! This device is too expensive and too crucial for things to have so many issues so frequently!
