Trying to register but fingerprint scanning load all time hence you can't move to next step, kindly technician teams check on it

I have been unable to use the app for months now. It takes very long to be able to log in. I keep trying to log in and whilst I attempt to input my ID or my email in the process, it says error then continues to send me countless OTPS. Why have an app that is non-functional and from the comments I am reading, I happen to be among the many struggling to use the app especially with log-in. Something about 'string' not being a subtype keeps popping up.

This is a very stupid app. It keeps redirecting to web pages and automatically launching my browser. No service is included within the app. What makes it worse is that it keeps requiring an OTP longin every time it redirects. Very annoying experience. There's nothing smart about this app. Uninstalling immediately. I'd rather use my web browser. This is a big miss and a frustrating waste of time.
