The onboarding was lengthy but was really impressed with how they managed to scan fingerprint 🫆 using phone camera. The issue is the validation process is slow. Finished the onboarding process and was told I'm being verified but when I logged in again, it says I restart the whole process. Ain't going through all that hassle again for nothing.

During the onboarding process (creating a digital ID), the app captures all biometrics. However, it keeps prompting users with: “We are currently processing your details. We will notify you when your digital ID is ready.” There is no further response via text, email, or through the app. It seems the app is still under development.

Even banking apps don't ask for so much details to just log in, eish!! unistalled. easier to use the web page which beats the whole purpose of an app.
