Worst onboarding process on Earth, I think we should stop this completely, what is processing your details, which never gets processed and there are no further instructions and when you leave the app after one week you will still start the process afresh, meaning the processing got broken or whatever, I'm very disappointed

Very frustrating experience. The biometric verification keeps failing even though my camera is clear and I'm following all the instructions. It keeps showing "Poor image quality" and "Finger scan failed" for both hands. I have tried multiple times in good lighting, cleaned the camera, and restarted my phone, but nothing works. Please fix this issue or provide an alternative verification method.

please upgrade your ID entry when logging in.New kenyan ID cards have more than 8 numbers.Now i can't log in your app although it's useful. I will rate 5 stars after you make changes
