Forever unable to log in. It kept telling me the user does not exist but when I tried to register a new account it said the phone number has already been used. Terrible and stupid app. Tried logging in from their website but the results were the same.

I gave one address, but they sent it somewhere else. This is very disappointing for an express service.

Not helpful and lost my package. And the call center doesn't help they just say to wait and they check the tracking number which is what I can do on my own. so I don't get the point of the help center if they can't help with anything You can't pick up the package because the tracker isn't accurate a disaster of a company not a smooth experience at all
