This is a scam. There's supposed to be a free trial but I was charged anyway. The app gives incorrect contact information for customer service. I'm having a hard time getting a refund. I canceled the subscription the same day I agreed to the trial because my car is not compatible with this app. I need the contact information for customer service please.

Well, it requires a subscription to Onstar for my vehicle, and it appears to offer the same features that Onstar does. But my vehicle is too old (2013) to connect anymore, and the only way to find that out was to subscribe for a 3 day trial. Well apparently there's no trial, and I got billed for something I'm unable to use. Lovely people.

Total joke. When will developers learn that smart people aren't going to pay for something before testing it out. Additionally, $10 a week, $20 a month, then $60 for six months, This app is ridiculous before you even get a chance to try it, these are the apps you avoid, if you're smart.
