I was asked to update my delta app, & i was instructed to uninstall the old one & download a new, after the download, i found out that the login inscription on the new app was inactive, therefore, i cannot log in to continue with my former mining points running, instead the app is asking me to register afresh as a new commer , which means, all my former point could be lost: Please, i want you to do something to activate the login button, so i can log in to retrieve my old points. I have been mining with the apk version,until I was notified that, Google version is available, I uninstalled it and forgot to logout, now I am trying to login, used the number I used to open it, after sending the sms and was verified, it keeps loading and displaying query, and didn't pass please help

Have tried to sign up multiple times but the systems keeps saying timeout, mismatch. I kept on using the same number but the number was not verify. why is it difficult to sign up?
