Still counting forward to work out where a night shift ends or when your next day off begins?
ShiftArc is an offline calendar built for rotating schedules and shifts that cross midnight. You can start without an account, and your schedule and settings stay on your device.
An overnight shift does not stop at its start date. ShiftArc carries the end time into the next day's calendar cell, so it is easier to see when you are actually off the clock.
Enter your rotation once:
• Build a cycle of up to 42 day, night, and off entries
• Add monthly rules for a specific week and weekday
• Review a 60-day preview before applying changes
• Tap dates to add exceptions quickly
• Remove an exception and restore the original rotation
The calendar shows your total hours and shift count for the month. Open Stats for counts by shift type and a week-by-week workload view, making busy stretches easier to spot.
When a shift changes, edit only that date. Your base rotation stays intact, whether you are recording a swap, an extra shift, or an unexpected day off. If plans change again, restore the date to its regular pattern.
ShiftArc does not use an account or a server. Export shift types, patterns, schedules, exceptions, and settings to one local backup file, then import it when needed. Keep a copy before replacing or resetting your device.
There is no salary calculator or team-sharing feed competing for attention. ShiftArc stays focused on one job: helping you read a long, irregular schedule correctly, especially when overnight work and last-minute exceptions make an ordinary calendar hard to trust.
