About this app

Location Check+ is an application designed to help construction site managers track the real-time location of workers and vehicles and ensure their safety. This app requires a site code and restricts access from unrelated users.

This app uses a foreground service for real-time location tracking.
When a user launches the app, it continuously collects location information and provides real-time location updates.
It also runs a foreground service to maintain the emergency call notification function even when the app is closed or in the background, and always displays a running notification in the status bar.
In the settings, you can configure whether to use the side button for quick calls and whether to transmit user location information.

Without the foreground service, the following key features are limited:
• Emergency Call Function: If a worker is involved in an accident, they can press the emergency call button to quickly send a rescue request to the manager. Without the foreground service, emergency call notifications will not be triggered, and safety will be compromised.
• Location-Based Worker Protection: You can view a worker's real-time location in the admin panel to take immediate action in the event of an accident. Without the foreground service, continuous location updates in the background are not possible.

Google Play Policy Compliance and User Consent
• This app complies with Google Play's background location permission policy and collects location information only with the user's explicit consent.
• The app displays a running notification in the status bar, allowing users to know when location tracking is in progress.
• Users can change whether location information is sent in the settings.
