not easy to use when me t step cannot proceed. instructions hv to be clearer and highlight to user.

I first tried to reserve through their website but I could only pay by using their own system so I was forced to download the app. That was the first time I lost my reservation. Then I managed to get another reservation and had to log in. After I did that, I again lost my reservation. Now the cafe is fully booked and I can't go. Thanks a lot.

actually horrible experience. if you are not prepared to host a large number of users at the same time don't allow those events whose booking opening time affects everyone else's experience. the booking has been over for 20 minutes and the global app is still unusable while the local one is fine.
