The Criminal Justice and Crime Victim Support Portal is a service that allows you to search for information related to criminal cases anytime, anywhere without having to visit a criminal justice agency.

1. Case inquiry: Inquiry on the progress of the case by the police, prosecutors, coast guard, public prosecution office, and court and the function of registering the case
2. Penalty inquiry: Inquiry on unpaid fines/penalty payment details, etc.
3. Notification inquiry: Inquiry on prosecution notice
4. Civil complaints and certification applications: 35 types of civil complaints from the prosecution, 2 types of civil complaints from the Ministry of Justice, and 1 type of civil complaint from the court
5. Crime victim support: Introduction to the crime victim support system and search for information on crime victim support organizations
6. Find the support system you need: Search for a support system suited to the crime victim’s situation.
7. My KICS: Search for civil complaint processing results, search for civil complaints in progress, search for favorite complaints, search for list of my registered cases.
8. Joint Certification Center: Management of joint certificates, including certificate usage information and certificate importing

- Simple authentication after signing up through identity verification, logging in with financial certificate or logging in with joint certificate, etc.: case inquiry, penalty inquiry, notice inquiry, civil complaint application, My KICS > My submission completed, civil complaint inquiry in progress, my case list inquiry, notification confirmation
- ID login: Apply for a visit reservation for prosecution complaints, My KICS> View civil complaint processing results, check notifications
