Seoul City’s ‘My-T’ service has been reorganized into the ‘Seoul Donghaeng Map’ service.
Changes:
As the pandemic and social distancing measures were lifted due to the coronavirus pandemic, Mighty App's existing infectious disease-related services were terminated.
The existing ‘Mighty’ has been reorganized under the name ‘Seoul Donghaeng Map’, and based on the existing service, the service has been expanded for the transportation vulnerable as follows.
1. Public transportation route guidance service
- Added route guidance service for the transportation vulnerable to help them bypass narrow sidewalks and steps that are difficult for wheelchairs or strollers to use.
- Reorganization of route guidance, including overall route guidance algorithm
2. Bus reservation service for the transportation vulnerable
- When making a reservation for a stop, the reservation is automatically made when you arrive at the stop.
- Added drop-off reservation function
- Added the ability to make reservations through route guidance
3. Community map service
- Information provision service that affects the transportation of the transportation vulnerable
- A service that allows users to report information such as corrections or additions
4. Link to app for transportation vulnerable people
- App/phone linkage services such as call taxi for disabled people in Seoul and IAM Taxi
- We plan to continue providing linked services for the transportation vulnerable in the future.
