Using the ‘Seoul Smart Inconvenience Reporting’ app provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, citizens can report various inconveniences they experience in their daily lives anytime, anywhere using their smartphone. Reported inconveniences are received at the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s ‘120 Dasan Call Center’ and promptly handled by the relevant department. You can also check the processing process and results using the ‘Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report’ app.

-Storage space: Used to transfer or store photos, videos, and files on this device
- Camera: Permission to take photos and record videos, used for attached photos/videos required when reporting
[Optional access rights]
- Location: Used to provide a map service based on the current location with permission to access the location of this device.
(Reporting is possible even when it is not allowed, but if it is not allowed, the reporting location may not be accurate and reporting may not be processed smoothly.)
You can allow/deny each permission in the application settings, but please note that if you deny the required access permission, you will not be able to use the app's normal functions.

1. When reporting an inconvenience, the location selection function uses 3G/4G, WiFi (wireless LAN), and GPS information to check the location. Errors may occur depending on the surrounding environment such as large buildings and indoors. GPS is not installed, and wireless networks are used. If location confirmation is not possible using , the accuracy may be very low.
2. Seoul Smart inconvenience reports are received and processed only for facilities managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government or delegated work.
