1. Here's a complaint
- You can fax 5 types of certificates, such as the confirmation of qualification and loss of qualifications and the payment confirmation of insurance premiums, to the submitting institution.
- You can use services such as insurance premium inquiry and payment, refund inquiry and application, and treatment details.

2. Health iN
- You can check information such as health checkup, treatment, and medication history of you and your family (infants).
- You can predict your health age and disease risk based on the results of your health checkup.
- With the national health alarm service, you can determine the regional risk of major diseases (8 types) in advance.
- You can directly record blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. or manage your health steadily by linking the device.

3. Long-term care insurance
- You can use various long-term care civil service such as long-term care accreditation application, grade determination result, home benefit service usage history check, etc.

4. Customer Center
- In order to resolve inquiries and complaints, you can register for consultation articles, chat consultation, and sign language consultation services for the hearing and speech impaired.
- In order to create a people-centered industrial complex, we are operating a people's proposal and a people's discussion room.

5. Others
- You can log in and use 8 different authentication methods, including joint, financial, private, and health insurance certificates.
- You can set up health alarm information that informs you of the risk by region for each major disease as a widget.
- You can use the quick action function to go directly to the certificate issuance screen.

App access permission guide
-Storage space: Stores certificates with photo, media, and file access rights, and is used to check whether the OS has been tampered with to enhance security.

Even if you do not agree, you can use The Health Insurance app service, but use of some services may be restricted.
- Microphone: Used for sign language counseling connection and voice search.
- Physical activity: number of steps
-Location: Used to search for information around you, such as finding a hospital or branch.
- Camera: Used to connect sign language counseling.
- Others: Bluetooth (blood pressure, blood sugar, step count registration), vibration, etc.

If you are using a smartphone with an Android version lower than 6.0, there is a problem that the user cannot selectively consent to the selective access right of The Health Insurance mobile app (considered consent during installation). It is recommended to upgrade the smartphone operating system to Android 6.0 or higher using the software update function. Also, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to by the existing apps do not change, so in order to reset the access rights, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app.

This is the most difficult app I've ever tired to use. I want to view my bill and pay it online. There's no reason why it should be so hatd to do a simple task. That's the only reason someone would want an app for insurance. Especially since foreigners can't use any of the other things on this app. The layout of this app is ridiculous and overly complicated. The English call line keeps you waiting for hours and still offers little help for future issues. I have to call every month to pay my bill

Is ok that the app isn't in english and I agree we should adapt. But at least let us take screenshot so we can use external translator. Really, a person can use another phone to take picture of the app, so the security measure of not letting taking screenshot makes no sense.

There is no English option for foreign students. Even if it is just rudimentary English it will help a lot. You can also consider auxillary or supplementary documents as a visual guide.
