Just What I Needed My boss asked me to measure the height of a wall but, no tape measure in sight. Found this app from a quick search and it saved the day! Thank you for such a well designed app.
Whatever Is crapp not good,I tried to measure the wall to find out the distance to buy wall curtains but the app kept indicating to aim to ground, I couldn't see the walls because of this. I give a 0 Not good
The App Works Well! This app works very well and has a zero learning curve. The directions are right on the screen that you're using. For accurate measurements, you simply tell it the height that you hold your phone & lock the setting, then you're good-to-go. It took a little practice keeping the phone at a consistent height when measuring and to not move it when going for a height measurement. Most measurements were spot-on accurate. Considering the app is triangulating with a hand-held instrument, I'd say any errors were from me moving the phone & not the app's fault. I also like the built in level showing on the screen while measuring. It helps with accuracy. One thing I would like to see is a way to store the images from the built in camera app on the SD card instead of the phone. (Yep- A built in way to take a photo of your target object. Cool, huh?)
Broken For some reason, the graphics are not correct and do not align so for example on my phone, there is no button to start measuring.
Loolza funz I took this on site aparently it dont work look good fun and does give a rough aproximate estimate.
Piece of crap Don't even bother with this... it does not measure... a room I know is 14'x 12' this peice of crap said it was 62.5' in the one direction. Only can be described as completely inaccurate novelty... UNINSTALLED IMMEDIATELY!!!
