This app measures magnetic field with an embedded magnetic sensor.
The magnetic field level (EMF) in nature is about 49μT(micro tesla) or 490mG(milli gauss); 1μT = 10mG. When any metal(steel, iron) is near, magnetic field level will increase.

Usage is simple: Open the app, and move it around. The magnetic field level will constantly fluctuate. That's it!

You can find electrical wires in the walls (like a stud detector) and iron pipes in the ground.

A lot of ghost hunters had downloaded this app, and they had experimented as a ghost detector.

The accuracy depends entirely on your magnetic sensor (magnetometer). Note that it is affected by electronic equipment (TV, PC, microwave) due to electromagnetic waves.

** Metal detector cannot detect gold, silver and coins made of copper. They are classified as non-ferrous metal that has no magnetic field.

This app is amazing. At first I thought it was fake but when I put metal in front of it it went off the charts, but when I put my hand in front of it nothing happens. Amazing metal detector,but sadly it would be hard to detect anything in a house since everything is slightly medal,so if the object is to far away you won't notice,but it is still an amazing app, you should download it and incase you were thinking I'm not a bot and I was not paid to say this,but now me saying that proubable makes you believe me less, ohh well.

This app is a disappointment! I took it outside to explore around the yard. When I got close to our 100% metal gates, the detector only got up between 52 to 53 on the scale! One would think the app would be buzzing off the charts

A really great idea behind a very under appreciated sensor in almost every phone out there. It completely works, and uses the Magnetometer inside your phone. Yes, this app is 100% real and works flawlessly and is very easy to use.
