Pathetic.. payment just doesn't go through.. tried with multiple cards

The app is as good as the airline, basically top quality but not above criticism (although it thinks it is), so here goes nothing. This app says you can check in online and present a boarding pass on your phone. So it sends you one, and you feel kinda excited about not having to wait three hours in a queue. You even resolve to set out a bit later because Air Astana are so good and the world is a wonderful place. But wait for it, they don't accept them in the airport!!! So you have to go back and wait in the queue that you thought you were avoiding by using the app in the first place. That is, after you are needlessly intimidated by security staff and shouted at for not printing your boarding pass. So four stars means, yes, nice ideas that work in your hand, but get your act together on the ground! Start COMMUNICATING and getting things done instead of sitting round thinking how perfect you are and blaming blaming blaming other people when things do go wrong. The number of people who fly with you in spite of your high fares is testimony to how good you are as an airline but as I said you are NOT above criticism. Ooops, I think I just reviewed the airline instead of the app :D

After last update the app requested to update the phone and stopped working.
