Bank part of the app is ok. But Market part sucks! Just wasted 40 minutes to make an order and got nothing. You open product page and wait; you choose payment method and wait; you add a product to your cart, wait, getting blank screen, reopening the app, and getting an empty cart. When you finally get through all of this to the payment page, there's infinite loader in place of amount. This is just slightly better on modern phone. Guys, it looks like your IT department is very underqualified.

There is no notifications. Or they would recieved after several weeks. Halyk Invest app is so raw... Statistics is awful, app just for app. No monitoring. A lot of non existing stocks are in the list, just you can't buy it. I hope it's safe, and my money wouldn't steal. I use this bank to transfer money to another Bank, and just to pay for bus.

Worst marketplace there is, made an order, and after a week of silence i had to contact them just to learn that it was not even shipped. And they had the AUDACITY to ask me why i want to cancel my order, i recommend kaspi, ordering process is much more transparent Worst bank there is, i was blocked out of the app when trying to transfer some funds to a friend, and my account was held hostage until i paid the ransom (2000 kzt) through the nearest bank branch
