About this app

«eGov Mobile» is an updated ecosystem of eGov.kz for providing government services and tools to the population.

The eGov Mobile app allows you to use your digital signature (EDS) in the most convenient way:
You can link your existing EDS to a 4-digit PIN code and your device’s built-in biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID). Once linked, there’s no need to select your EDS or enter a password every time you log in or request a service — it works seamlessly.

Accessing services via eGov Mobile is now more user-friendly. We don’t just transfer services to the new app — we completely rethink the user experience. Your personal data will be automatically filled in from your eGov profile, so there’s no need to enter the same information repeatedly.

Ratings and reviews

The update is supposed to let me get an electronic signature right via the app. Went all through the biometrics and personal info insertion. At the very end, it shows me an error. Who knows where all that personal data is now, just collected to be shown an error at the end? Please fix the app already, it's getting ridiculously difficult to log in either from a browser or the app.

Digital ID doesn't recognize me and blocks the account. And it is obviously not my fault - I'm processing scanning on the white background with a calm face. Seems like it just doesn't match at all with a photo taken in CON. Useless.
