Cashless payment for public transport using your phone balance in Kazakhstan. Fee-free payment.

Users are required to present their e-tickets on their phones to ticket control officers or the driver for payment verification.

The e-ticket is valid until the final stop and is available in the "Valid Tickets" section. Previous e-tickets can be viewed in the "Fare Details" section.

By paying for public transport, SMSBUS users agree to the SMSBUS terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found on the website https://smsbus.kz

Reasons why payments from your phone balance may not be processed:
- the number is a corporate number;
- the trust payment has not been redeemed;
- the balance has not been topped up since the number was purchased;
- the initial balance has not been used;
- the SIM card was replaced within 24 hours before the payment.

Passengers can open a virtual transport card free of charge in the app. Self-registration is available for regular and school virtual transport cards. To open other discounted virtual cards, you must visit the company office with supporting documents.

You can top up your virtual transport card using the card number directly in this mobile app or any other app, such as Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (homebank), etc.

Used system permissions:
1) Camera - for scanning QR codes and for the QR scan button.
2) Location - for correct display of the city/town map, automatic bus detection for easy and convenient payment (determining the bus code based on the GPS location of the passenger and bus), and route generation from the passenger's location to the destination. Destination and departure points can be indicated on the map or entered as text addresses. The route generation algorithm also includes transfers.
