About this app
Tavlo Work is a system for automating corporate catering in industrial facilities.
FOR EMPLOYEES
• Authorization with an RFID pass (Mifare) by tapping the card on a phone or terminal.
• Balances for three corporate accounts: regular, LPP, and dairy.
• Daily and weekly canteen menus.
• QR pre-order from the office to the directorate canteen.
• Transaction history.
FOR CATERING TERMINALS
• POS — cash register with QR pre-order.
• KDS — real-time kitchen display.
• Distribution — confirmation of distribution.
• LPP — special distribution from an account.
• Card linking.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
— Company funds, not employee funds. No refunds or accumulation.
— One tap = one authorization = one write-off. — On-premises deployment within the customer's environment (Linux, PostgreSQL).
— Signed ED25519 license, controlled distribution.
FOR THE REVIEWER
A "Demo" button is available on the start screen. It connects to a public demo server and emulates tap-to-pass functionality for three roles (director, accountant, mechanic).
TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES
Tavlo Work is designed for a workload of approximately 10,000 concurrent users per enterprise. It supports multiple cafeterias, a role-based access model, accounting reports, and Excel export.
