Ratings and reviews

This app freezes several times per day, so I have to completely close out of it before it starts working again. I've been "late" clocking in or coming back from breaks several times because the app won't let me do anything. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it and clear the cache, but no improvement. I sent a message when prompted to share my thoughts, only to get a response saying the email address isn't monitored and no one will see it. Do not recommend.

Worked pretty good at first but now I can't do anything in the app. When I try to sign in it says "something went wrong". This is after I had an error saying "mfa is required" but then when I tried to sign in with my phone number is says "mfa is enabled". I have cleared my cache, my personal storage for the app, and uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I can't even get to the support tab. I'm so frustrated and done with this app. Beware.

The base mechanics of the app (clocking in/out; work schedule) are fine, not perfect, kinda glitchy and layed out a little weird. That's not the problem, the problem is the Cashout option. It *says* it'll only retrieve the funds from your bank account 1) on pay day and 2) if there are enough funds in your account for it. Both of these claims are false. I woke up this morning, two days before payday, to $10 in my account since it tried to pay itself (couldn't even pay it all). Don't use Cashout

What’s new

Automatically calculate break penalties whenever a time card is added or edited by either an employee or manager. Managers can now override the break penalty calculation on a time card when needed.
