Welcome to the IKDR Running Challenge
In 2019, nearly 300 runners from across Dombivli, Kalyan, Thane, Mumbai, and even overseas participated in the challenge and benefited from it. This challenge is not just about building mileage, but it also promotes injury-free running by incorporating compulsory rest days, cross-training, and strengthening activities.
About the Challenge
Build Endurance, Prevent Injuries, and Compete as a Team - This is a team event that is open to all runners. Teams of 14-16 runners compete with each other for 3 months. Points are awarded based on the daily mileage accumulated by the team. At the end of the challenge, winners are felicitated.
