A few months ago, when I opened the app, the movie posters aren't showing. This problem keeps happening even after I re-open the app, so I just brushed it off as a minor inconvenience because I already know what movie I'll be watching. But today, I can't even open the app. I've changed my connection from mobile data to Wi-Fi, I've tried re-opening the app, clear its cache, and even reinstalling the app for several times and it still wouldn't let me in. Fix your damn app.

After updated to the latest version, my app didn't work corectly. The image of the movie didn't show up. I tried to uninstall then install it back. The app worked still the same. Please, fix the problem and I will Give 5 star anymore. Thank you.

The app service for purchasing tickets has always been good, easy to use. However, recently there's a paywall where you'll get slapped with an additional IDR 4K/ticket if you don't order food through the app. Simple, free marketing advise about this is: don't limit or force your customers' choices, if you want to keep them using your app.
