"Check your WI-FI connection or cellular data and try again." That's what always I got, no matter how good my WI-FI connection is. I change to my data, the same message pop up. I even try to re-install the app, and now I can't log-in. fookin hell!! It's nice when you can check films schedule and don't need to queue, but what's the point when you can't even book??

stuck di loading screen, katanya suruh cek ulang WIFI atau mobile data pdhl jaringannya bagus dan mobile data juga masih ada, nge bug gak jelas, tolong dong di update. I am stuck at the loading screen for countless of minutes, the app told me to make sure the wifi or the mobile data is connected and working, even though both the wifi and the mobile data have clear connection, please fix this bug and update the app.

It will be more better if you add more payment methods, like OVO for example, also bring back the m Tix point because for me its more efficient than using sakuku because in sakuku you need it's application and BCA Bank account. Now I receive another problem where I can't access the app as it's stuck in the app icon, address this.
