Nice app. But sometimes mtix got error and whenever I order tickets, (I already pay) but its still processing order. It's been minutes and haven't processed yet. And I got nothing from it. And those seats were ALREADY taken by someone else. I'm dissapointed

What is exactly the purpose of making this application dear mtix? I bought ticket with this app, got additional charge 12.000 rupiah, then after paying suddenly the ticket got refund. I ask the cs, it was because someone got my seat row. There is no added value if using this application if you still priotize in person buying ticket. The purpose of this app to make people buy ticket in advance rather than going theather and waiting for the movie charged up to half of one ticket? not worth it.

This app so BUGGY keep logging out unexpectedly and the payment methods on Digital Wallet is very limited really need much of improvement. The user interface still rough and coarse need a lot of UI revamping!
