Connect Spectro.Life to Garmin Connect or introduce your vital signs manually to get a color-coding of these parameters based on approved medical protocols from UK, Romania and Spain.

When the color is green the parameters are in a correct range. You should be monitoring closely and even let your doctor know when they turn amber. You should definitely confirm with your doctor or call for ambulance when the parameters are red.

Depending on the smartwatch paired to your Garmin Connect account, the application will read heart rate, respiration rate and pulse oxygen saturation. Some of the devices don't provide all these parameters. In such case you can introduce manually in case you can accurately measure it using other devices like a pulse oximeter.

Parameters like blood pressure or body temperature will not be provided by Garmin Connect. These parameters you can introduce manually after measuring them with appropriate devices.
