Ratings and reviews

The app started out great but now I can't log in and it seems to be a common issue among your users. It doesn't help that it's hard to get in contact with the company for help on the issue. I demand a refund for my yearly subscription because I've only been able to use the app a few times before getting a new phone and re-download the app which you would think works because it's new and has all the updates. Please fix your log in screen to allow existing users to bypass the free trial page.

Can't even preview what the app is without commiting to a subscription, a subscription that's WAY overpriced. It's a meditation app guys, it's not a breakthrough in technology. There are plenty of others that are completely free. So either change the way you market this app, or just drop it now and cut your losses.

UPDATE: They finally fixed it, so I'm adjusting my review. PAID FOR FULL SUBSCRIPTION AND GOT LOCKED OUT OF ALL SUBSCRIBER CONTENT. I've tried contacting the company several times and to date never got a reply or a fix. Very frustrating. Now I'm going to have to try and get my money back from a company who's customer service is MIA. It's a shame because I really enjoyed the app when it worked. 🙁
