Share & Act connects the Android share menu to your configured bot workflows.
CONNECT A BOT, THEN ADD ITS RULES
Set up a compatible Grok Bot Routine with a Webhook URL and Authorization Header. Create routing rules for supported content, then share from your favorite Android apps. Rules choose the destination; delivery history helps you follow the submission.
SHARE SUPPORTED CONTENT
Send links and text. Image and PDF workflows upload selected files to your own Google Drive and send private file references to the bot. Google Drive authorization and the bot's own access to those files are required.
STAY IN CONTROL
Review your destination and instructions. Automatic sending requires your approval. Rules, connection settings and task history stay in the app's private device storage; selected requests are sent directly to the endpoint you configure.
KNOW WHAT DELIVERY STATUS MEANS
An accepted webhook request means submitted or accepted for processing, not that the bot has finished. Check the bot conversation for results.
FREE TO START
The free plan includes one bot connection and one rule. An optional one-time lifetime purchase removes the app's quantity limits for bots and rules. No subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored through Google Play.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
A compatible external bot/webhook setup is needed. Share & Act does not include an AI account, model credits or third-party subscriptions. Google services, bot availability and network access may affect your workflow. Files remain private unless you separately change their permissions.
