The MyGuichet.lu app enables you to:
• carry out certain administrative procedures and keep track of their progress directly from your smartphone and/or tablet;
• add supporting documents to your procedures;
• consult your communications with administrations;
• access certain personal and/or professional data that is held by the Luxembourg authorities.

Ratings and reviews

The same issue as others here. When I try to download the PDF it forces split screen to open instead of opening the PDF with another app. A list of suitable apps appear but when selected it crashes the PDF viewer app. Had this issue now for over a month. It worked perfectly fine before this. As it currently stands you can't download documents using the app.

It said: "The security of the app has been compromised" the first time I opened it. I unistalled it immediately. Too bad, I was loobing forward to be able to use it for its advertised purpose.

Aparently for no reason you need to have a computer to link the app. Done it in Luxembourg, went on holiday, tried to use the app for a procedure and got a message that the link is expired and i need to re-link from a computer...in my holiday. Totally useless app, our tax money wasted.
