After I updated to the new App 10 days ago as the old one disappeared from my Homescreen without warning... for two days the app said no internet connection when there clearly was. This was obviously sorted out. Now for the past two days the data usage won't update. Keeps showing the message 'Error while uploading data'. Annoying...

Cannot login. Neither by registering nor claiming a forgotten password. Always the same not helpful error "A technical problem occurred, please try again". With that the app is 100% useless. Up to now the helpdesk was not able to help (I reinstalled the app on their request and they resetted the sim). The feedback form in the app is also poor. It is half English (questions) , half French (multiple choice answers)... and submitting opens the web browser asking to accept marketing&co cookies..

Considering to commit to a contract, I chose prepaid first. After jumping through all their ID hoops, the phone number worked to receive texts and calls. Not for calling or sending though, even though I was supposed to have 10 but credit with it. However it stopped working completely short there after and the incapacity if these xlowns saved me a lot of money and nerves. Thanks for being bad at what you do.
