All users must verify their identities using BankID, which ensures the safety of all participants. Biba employs trustworthy payment systems and provides recommendations to clients. The reservation fee is settled via the Biba platform, while the rental fee is paid directly to the item's owner. The process, at the request of the parties, can be secured by an agreement, a pledge or additional security.

Once you have registered on the Biba platform, you can easily and free-of-charge list your items for rent. The process is simple and easy to understand. Upon receiving a notification, you can communicate with potential renters through the platform to arrange the rental of your item. Together, you can agree on a date, time and place for collection or delivery, as well as any necessary deposit or additional guarantees.

Once the tenant has paid the reservation fee (which is 5% of the rental price), the item will be reserved for the agreed-upon dates. As the owner, it is your responsibility to ensure the timely release of the item for rent. The client will pay you the principal amount for the rent.
