In mobile app, you can:
- Authorize and approve payments using biometrics;
- Continue using PIN to authorize and make payments if you wish so;
- View the quick balance of the account in both the app and the widget;
- Make payments up to EUR 10 000;
- Block and unblock cards and change their PIN codes;
- Use MobileSCAN to approve payments and log into portals;
- Chat with Bank’s employee online;
- View the last transactions and their information;
- Change X REWARDS points to get valuable prizes.

App is available for Citadele Bank customers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Customers in Latvia who have activated MobileSCAN authorization device and/or Quick balance on your mobile application, in case of loss/theft of the mobile device, should immediately call ([phone] to block these functions.

Ratings and reviews

Overall a great app. A couple of things that would add even more value: 1. Option to see and copy your card data (e.g. card number and CVV number). 2. Option to delete "other receivers". As now whenever I create a new payment the receiver stays in the list forever, even though it might have been just a one off payment and I no longer want to see them on the list

Old version of app was straight forward. After re-installing now it asks if I want to see adds. Tho the question can be skipped, it comes up every time I open the app.

What's great about this app ? You register yourself, go through the validation steps, and then nothing happens! Right now the app is taking space, but there is nothing I can do with it, except uninstall!
