Worst customer service ever. They don’t even wait to check if you still have a question before ending the conversation, and you have to wait more than 10 minutes just to reach them. It has been almost 5 weeks since I paid for a forfait, and they still haven’t activated it. Customer support is completely unhelpful and does nothing to resolve the issue. At this point, I just want my money back. This is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Good app, controversial service. I like the concept of win by inwi, being able to modify your plan each month, no commitments. But I do still remember the fact that it took for them 6 months to get my number transfered from another operator to win by inwi using esim. This transfer usually don't exceed 24-48h with other operators from personal experience. While it took an unacceptable amount for them and the customer support was gaslighting me all the time without giving precise answers.

overall the app's design and the service is good for me at least but there are several things that affect my user experience from time to time, the animation is a little slow and sometimes the loading is stuck, i think the problem is servers there's a too long delay, i hope you pay attention to these details because it significantly could rise the user experience.
